BéileCloseAbout
Béile is Irish
for “meal.”
Pronounced roughly bay-leh. It's an ordinary word for an ordinary thing — the food in front of you.
We chose a quiet word on purpose. Béile isn't a diet, a program or a set of rules. It's simply a way of paying attention to a meal — what's on the plate, and what that means for your day.
Understanding what we eat shouldn't be complicated. No searching a database, no weighing your food (unless you want to). Photograph your meal, take a moment to look at it, and get on with your life.
What we believe
- Know your food. Understand your choices.
- There are no good foods and bad foods. Just meals.
- Attention, not obsession. One meal at a time.
A note on estimates
Béile gives AI estimates, not medical advice — a thoughtful look at your plate, not a diagnosis. Always consult a doctor or licensed medical professional about your health.
